A Magnificent Early Victorian Bronze and Glass Bird Cage, formed as a Gothic openwork building with pitched roof and acroteria, each cobalt glazed triangular gable centred with trefoil above pointed tripartite arch, the pierced quatrefoil entablature mounted with four telamons on each centred with garland between arabesque columns, an arabesquedoor at each short end, each tray centred with entwined serpent handle, on a matching bronze base with engaged octagonal pilasters, and pierced frieze of cinquefoil over pendant frieze of vine leaf and grapebunch continuing to each short side.
