REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY 

Returns 
Graham Geddes Antiques can offer you a credit note or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date on items, excludes “sale” or "auction" items and manufactured goods, if the piece is returned in the same condition it was purchased.  Any costs associated with cartage is the responsibility of the client.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
If an item has a major fault or is defective, then either an exchange, repair, credit note or refund will be given.  Refunds will only be given once the product has been returned to Graham Geddes Antiques.  There is no exchange, refund, repair or credit note offered on
“sale”, "auction" items or manufactured goods. Cartage is the responsibility of the client. 

Exchanges 
Graham Geddes Antiques is happy to give you a credit note or exchange of your piece within 14 days from the date of purchase
, excludes “sale” and "auction" items. Graham Geddes Antiques will only refund items if they are defective.

Quotations are only valid for 7 days.

Warranty

A 3 year warranty applies to all manufactured goods from the date of delivery. Includes any faulty upholstery, pipping or studding (excludes fabric).  Includes repair to dining tables or timber items related to any movement or cracking of the timber.  Water, chemical and heat damage are not covered under warranty,  along with general wear and tear.  All of our manufactured good are to be cleaned with a damp cloth  water ONLY.
