Cast after the 18^th century original from Versailles. The urn of inverted conical form with prominent high relief fruit and foliage swags at sides surmounted y  acanthus meander with leaf and mask frieze above; the sides narrowing to a gadrooned waist, the whole set on short baluster stem with square foot. The lid with egg and dart meander at edge rising to knob set on cavetto stem. The pedestal base of tall rectangular form headed with step moulding, a high relief ribbon and pendant floral carving decorating the front panel, the sides with carved cartouche shaped panels with vermiculite infill, an opposing pair of volutes below, the whole set on step moulded foot.
